Refund policy

Please email help@quietculture.com to initiate a return and include the order number and item you wish to return.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your purchase to complete a return. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unwashed with tags intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment once we receive your items.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact Customer Service via email at help@quietculture.com.

Once your return has been received and accepted, a refund minus any shipping costs will be credited to your original form of payment.
