Orders
Currently, we ship anywhere in the United States, including US territories.
Please contact Customer Service via email at Help@quietculture.com to see if your order can be canceled or changed. Make sure to include your order number. You will receive a response within 24 hours, during regular business hours.
Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email. In that email, there will be a tracking number. Clicking it takes you directly to its delivery status.
If your package arrives damaged, please take multiple pictures of it prior to opening. Then open the package to inspect the item(s). If the products are fine, breathe a sigh of relief and no further action is necessary.
If the product is damaged, please take pictures highlighting the issues. Contact Customer Service via email at Help@quietculture.com. Include your order number, a description of your concern and the photos. You will receive a response within 24 hours, during regular business hours.
If items are missing from your order, contact Customer Service via email at Help@quietculture.com. Include your original confirmation email and order number. You will receive a response within 24 hours, during regular business hours.
Shipping & Returns
* Please email Help@quietculture.com to initiate a return and include the order number and the item you would like to return.
*Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags intact.
* Returns must be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on returns.
* Items purchased from the Sale Page are final sale and cannot be returned.

To exchange your order for another size, color, pattern, or a different item, please email us at help@quietculture.com within 15 days of receipt with the following information: order number, item you are returning, the item you want to receive in exchange for your return. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return your order to us. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship you the item you have requested in exchange for the returned item.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to arrive at our facility and your refund to process. You will receive an email notification once we have received and processed your return.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders placed. You can choose express shipping for a $20 charge. Express orders will ship the same day if received before 1 p.m. CST and are sent expedited shipping which generally means arrival in 2-3 business days.
